At Amindset our providers use various therapeutic modalities. The two we focus on is strength approach & solution focused, by using your strength to find a solution to what brought you in. This is typically done in 8-16 weeks with 45 min sessions per week.

Prescriptions must be issued for a legitimate medical purpose in the usual course of professional practice, meaning that, with limited exceptions, a prescribing provider must conduct at least one medical evaluation of the patient in person or virtually. Providers with prescription privileges use their professional discretion when providing prescriptions.

Amindset begins with a consultation. Consultations are 15 mins and are $30 for individuals. If you are taken on as a client, your payment goes towards you first session (intake). If your needs are unable to be met by us, you are refunded the fee. Regular sessions are $40, which is a large savings from the typical $80 -$275 for coaching/talk session.
